Born Indian, my excursions into new cultures intensified during my global journey taking me to Cairo, Dubai, Toronto and now New York. I consider myself a citizen of the human race unbound by the identity of a passport.
"Visual insights" lie at the intersection of my work and passion, an attempt to make images that evoke a feeling.
My initiative Photos For Humanity gives photographers the dual pleasure of making images and supporting college education for under-privileged girls.
My photographs have been published in 4 books. I have been in curated exhibitions at PhotoPlace Gallery, Vermont, Salmagundi, NYC, Umbrella Art Gallery, NYC and FotoNostrum, Barcelona and Praxis, Minneapolis.
